Michigan State MLB Max Bullough suspended for Rose Bowl

Didn't see this posted but here we go.
Over an hour ago, word got out that Dantonio suspended Max for violation of the team rules. It was stated by some else that he did not travel with the team to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl.
As the senior leader and captain of the team and legacy player, this is going to suck for MSU. You work your entire career and carry this team to the their first Rose Bowl in 20+ years and can't play. College football career over. Wow.

Pretty ballsy on Dantonio's part. Meyer would have swept it under the rug & suspended him from the first 2 minutes of each quarter & called it discipline.

I really want to know what he did...
If it's anything less than NCAA violation/cheated on a test/high level misdemeanor then I think he should play.
Dantonio seems like a stand up guy but this sounds very disappointing for the player.

Wow. A couple of guys like Dennard might be more valuable, but Bullough is a heart and soul of the team guy. Much respect to MD, sometimes I think he is a fake tough guy, but it would be really easy to look the other way for a few days and let the guy play his last game. I scanned the thread at the Red Cedar Message Board and there aren't any solid rumors yet.

This urban Meyer attack is done so ignorantly and without merit. At Florida he did a poor job at punishing players, it wasn't all him it was the admin at Florida as well as the culture of the SEC. If anything he is completely 180 at OSU, the university does not tolerate it and he suspended stoneburner and mewhortast last year for peeing outside , he suspended Carlos Hyde for a QTR of the season for not being charged with anything , he didn't play Marcus hall in the B1G championship, get your info straight

The vid shows hardly anything, he raises his hand makes contact but there was no punch, no push, nothing that could justify him being charged with anything
