do green beans roast well? never tried 'em.

Put them on a sheet pan and add olive oil, salt, pepper and a clove or two of minced garlic. Make sure there is a single layer. Roast on 425 for 15 minutes stirring halfway through.

We do these once a week. Very good.

I picked up a few very nice Angus strips from Calandros. I'll throw those on the grill and will have gnocchi with pesto, large roasted asparagus spears and a bottle of Smith & Hook cab.

got a new one for you Politiceaux. 2011 Save Me San Francisco California 37 Cabernet. read about it online then was able to find it at Rouses randomly. really really good for $9 bucks.
