Holidays and weight gain poll

Let's put it at Nov. 15 thru Jan. 5.
Here are some options but feel free to add others:
a. I don't gain any weight.
b. I gain 10 pounds or so but quickly lose it.
c. I gain more than 10 and have trouble losing it.
d. I lose weight because I'm depressed.

so far so good this season. I lost about 5 lbs to give myself some leeway, but haven't needed it yet.

I don't really dig holiday food as much as others do, and I rarely over eat. I may put on weight because I'll be out of town and might now get to work out like I'd like to.

A. i generally throw out or give away any holiday snacks that end up at our house. not to mention i love running in the cold

How many miles per week are you running? I would like to find a right amount of running to eat whatever I want and not gain weight.

I try and run at least 18 a week. 3 runs of 4 miles and a 6 or 7 mile on the weekend.
