I've got some play money to burn. I may jump in with you.

What call did you place an order for?

UNG January $20 calls. The monthly call option, not the weeklies.

UNG is trading at $21.41, the $21 calls at $1.80, and the $21 calls at $1.17. A lot more OI on the $20's.

I closed out my options positions today at a significant gain. Probably left money on the table, but I like to take gains, and pigs get slaughtered.

Yes, I took 25% profit in about one week. I could have made more as I think the run up isn't over, but as I said, bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered.

Last week after Polar vortex EIA boil dropped like a rock and got me scared so I bailed and went Kold.......

I just bought 500 shares at 55 of Kold.....NEVER SEEN KOLD THIS LOW.

What makes you think nat gas is going down? Are you buying options?

Just curious.

I don't think short term it may go down but once winter heating stops reserves will tank up and UNG will drop like a rock back to 18-19....

Mark it by July Kold will be trading in the 80s- 90s.

I might take a little beating with Kold but I love this price point.

You see Thursdays are volatile trading on UNG because EIA releases its report at 930 for Natural Gas reserves so premarket goes crazy then when the meet or miss benches it drops like a rock.
