I love turkey. I like it way better than chicken, but yet I don't cook it often. Every Thanksgiving, I make a pledge that I will cook turkey more often and I never do it. I'll make that pledge again this year.

Tamale pie--the kind with the corn meal mush (similar to polenta) for a crust, layered over cheese & meat similar to chili.
