Do you not understand that anti discrimination laws protect everyone? A Christian can't be fired simply for being a Christian. A black business owner can't fire a white man just for being white.

How is the photographer in New Mexico protected when she chose not to photograph the event of a lesbian committment ceremony? She was punished for saying no.

How about the florists and the baker for having said no to participating in providing their services for gay weddings? They are being punished, not protected, for not acknowledging same-sex relations as being "marriage." You are now trampling over free speech and freedom of religion and you are too caught up in your own tyrannical desires to see what you are actually supporting.

WORKPLACE discrimination dude. Keep up. These are two totally different issues you are bringing up.

Side note: Freedom of Religion does not give anyone a get out of jail free card to do whatever the hell you want.

It was a more general premise than simply where you've been.
Not a big deal.

Every region has it's own resident backward nitwits, with their own backward beliefs. Assigning those properties disproportionately to the South indicates lack of familiarity with other regions.

Really? They don't want to participate in a wedding, which is an event. You could go to another business and get them to provide their services but when you sue a business for saying no then you are trampling over their rights.

Because they said no because of religious reasons. You are the one doing whatever the hell you want and I hope you are given back exactly what you are dishing out. I hope your right to say "no" is taken away now that you want that right taken away from others.

Regarding protecting us, then it is way past time that we are all tested for HIV and those that have it be quarantined for the protection of others. You can't continue to have sex with others and spread the disease which continues to spread most commonly in gay men. Remember, it is for your protection.

Anal intercourse is dangerous so that should not be permitted and the government needs to step in and stop you and others from participating in such to "protect you" and the rest of society. It is for "the good of all" to do so.
