For my 2600th post, I gotta say

Bronzed tilapia is pretty damn good.

Come on AlmaDawg - you know you're dying to try out my recipe from that other post. Here it is for you:

Make a marinade:

2 cups of Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill
1/2 cup Ketchup - any brand will do
3 packs of Taco Bell Flaming hot sauce
1 pack McDonald's Sweet Hickory McNugget dipping sauce
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate Tilapia fillets for an hour or two while you fire up the Big Green Egg

Cook on a cedar plank.

Serve atop some tasty Psilocybe semilanceata mushroom dusted risotto.

Find recliner and plan nothing for the next few hours.
