I haven't ate there in a while but just stick to the deli meats and it's fine. plus side is that it's cheap

Not for a fatass like myself. A 12" Subway Club and a drink is 10 clams.

Jerry, are you too much of a snob to eat at Subway? I should certainly hope not. I like the Itallian one with pepperoni, salami and something else, also the Cold Cut Trio is a fav of mine. Both, of course on wheat so as not to mess up my figure..

Eta: balls, stick to the fiedollah, fiedollah, fiedollah, footlong menu..

I ate at Subway a lot before I retired. The reason was time frame. I had a break from work at 10 a.m.
I didn't want breakfast and all the lunch places open at 11.

My choice at Subway was Turkey with lettuce, onions and jalapenos.

Stick to the deli meats, not the prepackaged heated crap.

I like* the club (ham, roast beef, and turkey) with swiss cheese and oil and vinegar.

that asterisk reminds me of the asterisk on the Subway menu next to the Cold Cut Combo that reads *all meats are turkey based

Only if I'm in a situation where there is nowhere else for me to eat. Even then, I may just go with the apples and a water.

You can build a decent sub at Subway. I haven't had it but twice in the past 5 years or so, but it was fine. I think I had the Italian the last time we ate on the fly while traveling.
