Love it with chocolate peanut butter muscle milk protein powder. I add enough water to make it like a cereal. Also good mixed with yogurt and can be used to make a low fat cheese cake.

In lasagne or just plain with a bit of salt and pepper.

You need a little water for it to mix well. And what's wrong with muscle milk??? I love it. Plus I got a few tubs for like 12 bucks a pop.

I love it. Slice some strawberries and a banana and drizzle with honey.

Packet of Splenda and a tablespoon of sugar free strawberry or peach preserves. Taste like cheesecake.

A sad, loose, sugar free cheesecake

Yeah, I like to microwave some frozen blueberries for a minute and add a pack or two of stevia.

I just had some with apricot preserves.

It's good...but I'd rather ice cream.

Little bit o' pepper, then shovel it in with Frito Scoops.

Y'all sound like health nuts.

(I did like sad cheesecake idea, though)

Love it. Prefer it to ricotta in lasagna though I mix the two on occasion. With salt and pepper and sometimes chopped green onions. Yum. Great on top if a hot grilled ground beef patty.

I've eaten a lot of random things in my life. I just realized that I have never had cottage cheese. Guess I should give it a shot

everything mentioned above is good.

Try dusting with just a little dry Jell-O and mixing it up. Let it rest for a few minutes and eat.

Love it with good cantaloupe chunks or sliced fresh peaches.

Low fat cottage cheese, sliced roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar. Poor man's caprese.
