E-cigarettes in a restaurant

I don't know why but it's annoying to me. And I'm not really anti-smoking in an appropriate place.

I mean, congratulations, you're not smoking a real cigarette, but do you need to advertise it? It's the smoker's equivalent of deleting Facebook and then posting on the OT that you deleted your Facebook. Wonder if they read the story that came out saying a study on e-cigs revealed carcinogens in them.

Does it have a smell? I don't think I've been around someone smoking one in a clean air environment

If it has a scent or a guest looks bothered by it I ask them to take it outside

Doesn't bother me. I think they look like doofuses doing it at the table like that, but if they're cool with that, then no skin off my back.

I'm in a management position and I had no problems until people started complaining to me, especially the ones with scents.

I take more offense when people I'm dining with are staring into their phones.

I've never smelled one with a scent. But really, could it be worse than perfume, or a candle, etc? It's just busy body people trying to exert their opinions on others.

you can't smell them at all, and if you do it's very very minimal
