She does not eat eggs. In fact, only daughter does (besides me).

Had "breakfast" for dinner and wife cooked bacon (mmmm bacon). Fried up some egg whites for the daughter in the grease (she only likes yokes in scrambled eggs). Then "hard" fried two eggs for myself.

Fresh Bunny bread, some bacon, and an egg on each. No salt or pepper needed.

Tasty!

Used to have fried egg and even scrambled egg sandwiches all the time on buttered bread. Haven't had one in a little while, but I love them. Had an egg on a burger a few months ago. Didn't think it was all that. I'd rather have the egg sandwich. I use and over easy egg, though.

We had this the other night and it rocks. However, I leave the yokes runny.

Seriously? I see people on here post quite often that they're either having breakfast for dinner that very night, or that they love BFD.

Agreed, egg on burgers is very overrated. Just doesn't add anything, and in fact subtracts from, the burger IMO.

yep.. just like the OP said, fried egg, bacon on toast. fantastic. I can go over easy or over medium whichever is fine by me. usually add some hot sauce or sriracha too.

Might be the dumbest thing you've ever said here.

One or my favorite things is a good fried egg on a burger. I think a runny yoke on a nice beefy pattie is fantastic.

I don't eat eggs so it's not for me.

My dad lived on breakfast for dinner, egg sandwich included. I occasionally eat cereal for dinner. Nothing crazy about egg sandwich for dinner.

I LOVE fried eggs and I expected to be wowed by it, but I wasn't. It was a pretty thick burger when I had it and perhaps that had something to do with it. I tasted plenty of beef, the bacon and onions, I believe, but the egg didn't stand out nor was there a stable marriage of the flavor with the other ingredients that stood out. Maybe there were too many ingredients fighting. I remember thinking that a sausage burger with egg would surely be good, but I haven't tried that.

I'm on my 6th vodka tonic double. Don't judge me, but I do love it.

I like to cook a hamburger patty and top it with a fried egg and avocado. No bread, no lettuce, nothing else.

Breakfast for supper - We call it Brupper and we love it at our house.

Add some fried bologna to that egg sandwich next time and give it a try.

Soft fried egg on a burger is one of my favorite condiments. You can't get that out of a jar.
