i know a guy that got this during his vasectomy. it rotted his nut's and part of his thigh off and he was in the hosipital forever getting skin grafts and stuff, i don't know what his package ended up looking like but it couldn't be good.

yea i would refrain from fishing saltwater till this has passed. no need to risk body parts for a fish

Serious question - does this change your plans for coastal fishing this weekend? For me just may be a bit more cautious when (not if) I cut myself fishing. Be safe out there OB,
