Had never ever been stung in my life (I'm 40) before today. Well one time a red wasp kissed me..but didn't get the stinger in me...

Them little sumbitches kinda burn. One on the right arm, one on the left and one on my neck. Could have been worst...Wife said there were 15-20 around me at least.

They burn..but not nearly as bad as I thought it would feel

I could have been some small ground wasps..but they were only 3/4 to an 1 in long. I didn't get a good look at them..I was moving kinda fast.

I find it hard to believe that a grown man has never been stung by bees/wasp

Been stung by everything. I have to rank hornets above and beyond the rest.

I took one to the face when I was a kid. Worst part was my mom pulling the stinger out of my bottom lip.

Stirred up a nest last year while trimming down a bunch of jasmine. Little bastards attacked me and my weedeater. Worst sting was on my upper eyelid. Damn eye swole shut til I got hold of some benadryl.

It's amazing what sudden fear hits you when you realize you have unknowingly stirred up a nest of them sumbiches.

I know I am wrong for this but it sure is funny when from a distance you see someone else suddenly unass a lawnmower or drop a weedeater and run like a bitch.

What really sucks is trying to yank your $8.00 topwater bait out of a tree and realize about a hundred of them frickers are right next to your head.

Well crankbait...in that respect of life, I've been extremely lucky and I'll take that. Plus I've got a healthy respect for them...so I stay away from them if I see them and if I can.

Yeah wife was glad it was me...and I was glad it was me too...she carries an epi-pen too.

Oh...and crankbait....never broke a bone in my body (yet!). Plenty of sprains/strains/pulls and soft tissue damage, but no bones.

Feels like a machine gun burst of mini BBs on your body. They have gotten me several times.

Went to cut grass for my niece last summer. Before I started I asked her if there were any areas I should watch out for, she said nope.
I go to cutting around this 3-1/2ft diameter stump, after the 3rd pass around the stump I turn the lawnmower to go back down the path and see what looks like the stump floating above the ground. I get a little closer to see and it looks like thousands of yellowjackets hovering around the stump.
I couldn't believe I made 3 passes around there and didn't get stung, that last pass sure riled them up though.

I've been popped several times and like choirboy have developed an allergy to wasp.

Gotta carry an epi pen as well.

I unassed a tractor while bushhogging a few years ago. Dad was watching and couldnt figure out at first why I was running like a little bitch. Got popped five times. We let them settle back in their hole, came back and filled the hole with gas. I wanted to light it but he talked me out of it

Have a cousin that was on a log skidder that the door had to be wired shut.
He grabbed a tree and a huge hornets nest fell on the cab.
He got stung bout 30times and is now deathly allergic to any beehornetwasp sting. Stayed in the hospital for almost 3wks and came close to dieing 3dif times from complications
