Why would you need a crush washer? They're for proper positioning a flash hider.
Only ever seen to torque to 20-30ft lbs...

Depends on your use for it.
If its just for HD then 8 to 10lbs, not sure it matters.
Using for 3 gun, lighter would definitely be better.
My thermal rig is 10.5lbs and that's with the new lightweight silencer...

I have QD on all of mine except .22 cans and my newest which will live on my AR with a thermal.
If I had it to do all over again, not sure which way I'd lean. Might just get direct thread....

i have a couple of high end rifles that I bought kits and built myself and I have several that are built with lower end stuff.
you can get a rifle for under $1000 that is just as reliable as a $2000 rifle.

just like a regular auction.
If you do win the bid, you arrange transfer of the firearm to a local FFL and do background check.
Just be aware that local FFL will charge you for doing that and you may be better off finding it at a local store than by bidding....
