Definitely bamboo. That grass will grow anywhere...and it's definitely apt to spread wide and far. It's nearly as bad as kudzu. Last house in Big Cove...had some growing behind it...if I didn't cut down the shoots...it would have come up to the back door every year. It's viral....

Trying to convert some old VHS tapes (wedding/nieces' birthdays, and some recordings off of a DVR... Anyone have a VidCap card they'd recommend? I'd prefer something with HDMI in as well as component in (DVR is HDMI out...VCR is component out) TIA...

Artichokes in a crawfish boil - NASA_ISS_Tiger
Just read about putting artichokes in with the corn, potatoes, mushrooms, and onions...Anyone know if you boil them whole, or half them? If you cut them and remove the choke then..does the artichoke fall apart similar to the onion? TIA....
