re: Philly D.A. Indicted - NASA_ISS_Tiger
Article by a CNN reporter. No mention of party affiliation so there's no doubt he's a Dem.
He is a Democrat. I was actually shocked the AP ran his party affiliation in their article....

re: Shower door help... - NASA_ISS_Tiger
I've used CLR with good results...but you better be ready for the fumes. That stuff is bad. Also...once you get it cleaned...use a squeegee after every shower (or at least the last one of the night) on the doors...that has helped tremendously....

re: It's my time to go on a rant - medical industry - NASA_ISS_Tiger
LOL...EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) making someone's life easier? You sir, have been misinformed. EMRs are the bain of the medical community. I know very few offices that actually like them. The only benefit is that office staff no longer has to make room for more paper. Most of the time t...

re: In your opinion, what accessories are must haves when it comes to AR's - NASA_ISS_Tiger
I would spend my money on no particular order (well Optics are #1). 1. Optics. 2. Trigger 3. Pmags 4. Good backup iron sights. 5. Quality ammo to feed it. I'm not an "accessorize the damn thing like a woman's purse" kinda guy. KISS principle. The trigger: Because stock triggers that...

re: Tool question for the OB Mechanics - NASA_ISS_Tiger
If you've never used any Snap-on or Matco tools you just wouldn't understand the difference in performance and durability they offer. They're on a different playing field.
Oh I do know the difference. I worked in the auto parts industry for 5 years while I was in college. I work...

re: Tool question for the OB Mechanics - NASA_ISS_Tiger
you're just saying that because you can't afford them.
Honestly...no. I haven't even priced them. So Mr Meauxjeaux...your assumption is incorrect. The issues are...there are no Snap on Dealers I can find readily here where I live. In La...hell Snap-on trucks where everywhere. ...

Tool question for the OB Mechanics - NASA_ISS_Tiger
Typically I've always used craftsman tools (sockets, ratchets, open end/box end wrenches). Only because of the price, ease of exchange when broken/warranty etc. Lately I'm thinking of leaving Craftsman and going to something else. Kobalt seems to be the easiest for the same, but I'm not sure on t...

re: Is it a good thing if people can opt out of Obamacare? - NASA_ISS_Tiger
Good thing. People shouldn't have to buy something they don't want to buy. But then again, I'm also against charity systems too...you don't have insurance or a means to pay...roll the dice with your own life...don't expect me to pay for your stupidity. Go file for MediCAID at least....

re: PSA: don't ride a jet ski in front of a cruise ship - NASA_ISS_Tiger
And there's like 4-5 cruise ship size ships in and out of Port Canaveral all the time...1 Disney, 1 Carnival, 1 Princess and the Casino boat for sure. I might have missed one....I'm surprised there's not a "No PWC allowed" keep out zone in the cruise ship transit areas....

re: Alabama cops shoots man exiting his vehicle with his wallet - NASA_ISS_Tiger
I don't know the full story about this stop but the saying about Alabama State Troopers is simple: "If you're white, they will write". The Alabama State troopers are racists...and it's been said many, many times....

re: Large Yard- What Grass? - NASA_ISS_Tiger
We have Tifway Bermuda...and I can't see where that stuff is drought tolerant at all. Unless it's drought tolerant if you water your yard at least once a week (which I don't).... Maybe I'm misunderstanding my "drought tolerant lawn" the contractor put in....because it ain't so tolerant...and the ...
I'm an atheist so I don't know much about religion, but isn't the Pope considered "God on Earth?"
Nope. Common misconception of those who are non-Catholic. The Pope is the leader of the Catholic faith and in that leadership he is considered infallible....

re: Anyone know about Solar Panels - NASA_ISS_Tiger
Does your wife work on a desktop or laptop? If she is working on a laptop, the battery should stay up for the length of time you state. And a affordable UPS would keep your router and modem up easily during that time. I have an APC 1200 on mine..and I got 4-5 hours with just my router and my ds...

re: Pope issues statement saying he is open to change regarding Priests marriage - NASA_ISS_Tiger
Funny thing is...there were already married priests in the Catholic religion. Fr John Giles from the Diocese of Lake Charles was a Methodist minister who converted to Catholicism and wanted to be ordained. He had been married several decades...He was ordained and in fact taught our Pre-Cana marriag...

Personally I think it's the liberals' construction of safe zones and sanctuary cities as well as the heat island effect that concrete jungles where liberals live and play (they don't really work)....
