i may be biased but i think its 2010. went 7 games, had the two flagship franchises of the sport going at it once again, and every single game had its own story line to it.

2005 is also in the discussion

2011. Dirk was amazing throughout the playoffs and he got his payback for 2006.

I actually found a highlight video of his highlights from that run: LINK

2010

2011 could have been it if LeBron showed up... (NOt saying the Heat had to win....but if LeBron and Dirk were BOTH playing great it would have been an epic series....watching LeBron swing the ball over and over again wasnt entertaining)

2011 Mavs - Heat

Starting with the Game 2 Mavs comeback / Heat choke job, that series was incredible.

06 D-Wade is the only time 1 player took over the Finals in a Jordanesque way

At the time I enjoyed Knicks/Spurs because it meant Robinson or Ewing would win a title.

Pistons vs Spurs. Games 5, 6 and 7 were about as intense as you will EVER see.

2005 Spursvs. Pistons. Matchup of the past 2 NBA Champions (spurs in 2003, pistons in 2004). Series had heroics from Robert Horry in OT in game 5, and the series went 7 games. Incredible Finals!

2010 is up there, I may be forgetting one, but that would be my pick.

if that was the question the answer would be

1.00 Shaq 38-17
2.03 Duncan 24-17-5-5

2010 had one of THE WORST game 7s ever .

It was like nobody wanted to win.

Pistons/Lakers. Everyone crowned their asses when they signed Malone and Payton, but a real "team" and not just an All Star Conglomeration showed up and beat the shite out of them.
