Best Post Jordan NBA Final?

Can the '94 Finals between the Rockets and Knicks count? That series was insanely good. The scoring differential in all 7 games was less than 10 points.

2011. Great story lines. Dirk going for ring, Big 3 in Miami, multiple comebacks in several games, BRIAN CARDINAL, etc.

After looking at that data, that is pretty accurate, although Dirk was pretty close his best performance in those playoffs were in WCF. Although Shaq in 2000 was pretty sick 38/17/2/1/3 averages. I guess that's not technically post Jordan, but c'mon.

Anyways, to the OP, best series, imo are as follows:
2010
2005
2006
2011
2008
2000

It doesn't get any better than a Lakers-Celtics Finals, especially when it goes seven.

Game 7 was an awful conclusion to that series. Like someone else mentioned it was like neither team wanted to win. The Heat/Mavs final was more entertaining IMO

You don't like the ay LeBron took over the finals last year? IT was amazing to watch. Especially the last game.

2010 easily. That was a legit grudge match and may be the last time you see two teams that truly hate each other compete in the finals for a while.

Lakers/Celtics>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Spurs/Pistons as a Finals matchup. One is a bona fide rivalry, the other was not.

Spurs/Pistons 2005 series + Game 7>>>>>>>>>>>Lakers/Celtics 2010 series + Game 7, though.

Ok, I'll compromise:

">>>"

Knocked a couple ">" off for you

But seriously, Spurs coming back from 9 down in the 4th quarter in Game 7, Robert Horry and Tim Duncan hitting clutch shots down the stretch, Manu dunking for the dagger and Bruce Bowen blocking Mr. Big Shot Chauncy Billups to seal the deal? That's a legendary game 7, WCA!

And of course I am horribly, irrevocably biased

Lakers coming back from 13 down, Ron artest and Derek fisher hitting clutch 3s...2010 game 7 may have been ugly but it wasn't short on the drama

Dirk winning is really the only one that sticks out IMO

Series had everything you could ask for. Smack, comebacks, sickness and doichebags

It was almost perfect

2006 when DWade balled out. After the Iverson era, he became my favorite player and the 2006 finals made me one joyful fan.

Both were fun to watch. I lost my shite in '05 though, of course.
