Probably. Makes the most sense. We have 3 scholarship upperclass QB's.

I really doubt that he has any idea right now of whether or not he's gonna redshirt this year

Coaches have already said he's playing (and hinted at ti more than once). Plus he moved up to #2 QB. We arent redshirting our #2 QB.
