Well it was pretty obvious he was #2 QB when in the spring game he and Mett both played the entire first half. Rivers played in the 2nd half during "special" situations. And coaches raved and raved about him during the spring and the Rivers talk was stagnant.

Whether he plays or not this season won't be decided until fall camp. Jennings got a lot of praise from Les in the spring so chances are he'll get a little pt similar to what we did with Perriloux in 07

Yes and Jennings played with the #2 offense vs the #1 defense. Thats just the coaches getting him ready to sit out the year though

In the past they've usually had QB's play for both teams. They did it with Jefferson, Lee, Mett...

Considering your starting QB is gone after this year, it makes no sense for him to redshirt--not going to happen.

Either way, Jennings seems to think he is going to be RS. He would know a lot more than any of us.

It may. There has been absolutely no formal indication that he has passed Stephen Rivers or Bolden (Joking).

It's the 3rd stringer. It likely doesn't matter. If Mett and Rivers were to be injured they would likely take the RS off.

Honestly though why do you even care? He plays for LSU not Georgia and he's a backup QB. You don't see LSU fans trying to cause a stir talking about Georgia's backups lol just saying

If mett goes down on aug 31st. Rivers is playing. I highly doubt we will start an 18 year old at qb with a bcs title on the line.
