You can see the lemon balm, it is the giant green mass that has been trimmed twice this year already

Wanted to do chicken fried steak. But we got busy with some things so looks like I'm ordering pizza.

Leftover red bean and rice. Always better the second day! Plus I added more sausage and seasonings (more heat since lil Dawg isn't here) and it is simmering down now.

CFS is my go-to at Sammy's, but today I got the chicken club instead. Was good, but it was no CFS.

The herbs I'll take credit for, the maters came from the neighbor (fellow TD'er). Really lucked into them and they have paid off early.

I want the recipe too, but I bet jalapeno, cream cheese, bacon and chicken.

"Beat" a chicken breast til it's fairly flat.

Mix cream cheese....chopped jalapeño, crumbled bacon, and some shredded cheddar in a bowl.

Spoon onto chicken breast, roll it up and secure with toothpicks. Add a little olive or other oil......salt, pepper and top with breadcrumbs of your choice.

It's very tastey.
