they are totally legit. imagine nachos with sour cream, cheese, jalapeños (the usual) but also topped with green onions, red beans and andouille. there actually is no rice although i don't see why you couldn't try that too.

That sounds good! I may need to see if I can still find some pot, er, I mean some beer before I try that

That does sound good, but also sounds like something I would concoct during my chemical days about 3AM watching Sports Center for the 3rd time in a row.

yeah, i kept thinking to myself, have i ever made this before?? the best part was scraping the bottom after all the chips were gone. hands off kids, this is daddy's!!

Coater, I like to take RB&R and roll it up in a lightly toasted flour tortilla...same concept and very good.
