New person charged in bar fight case concerning Hill

Second suspect arrested in bar fight involving LSU TB Jeremy Hill. Robert Bayardo (not LSU player)arrested and charged with 2 degree battery.
Is this good news for Hill?

Had to figure this was coming since it was said the 2nd person was the one who knocked the guy out. I dont see it being any better for Hill thought.

If they randomly jumped the guy you could make that comparison.
If the guy was making threats then he wasn't exactly "innocent" either. I'm not justifying the fight, but the lawyer has eluded to the fact that the guy may have been instigating.
