What's your go-to seasoning?

Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning is mine also I have been using this Jalapeno Salt made by Konriko Company, had it a long time ago and just recently discovered it at Calandro's.

Really like Lawrys garlic salt. I use that, cracked pepper, and a pinch of cayenne to season.

I have these, but never use them in combo. I'm sure that I have used Lawry's salt and garlic powder/granulated before though.

I like the Magic blackened seasoning. Good on chicken and specs and redfish.

Stuff A Roast by Targill in Opelousas.

I buy it by the gallon. It is very similar to Tony's but a fraction of the sodium content.

Depends on what I'm using it on. I have been using 5-spice a lot more recently. 5-spice chicken thighs is bomb. Its also great with popcorn....5-spice, cayenne, touch of cinnamon when you put the popcorn in the pot. Awesome flavor.

Usually Tony's or Lawrys. But I did pick up some NuNu's seasoning the last time I was in Louisiana. Been using it quite a bit, especially when grilling pork chops. Has a little more bite than Tony's.

I don't do mixes of seasonings. I've got a pantry full of spices and I use them individually.

I used to spend a lot on seasonings then I made a few changes that really were game changers.

Sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, quality olive oil you could drink, shallots, garlic and onion and fresh herbs. If you don't want to keep up an herb garden you can buy $1 small plastic containers of fresh herbs. A lemon zester, garlic press and tiny grater are the only obscure tools I really use.

I am a a fan of McCormicks Montreal Steak and Weber's Kickin' Chicken for those lazy cooking days.
