With Tiger's win today, that gives him 7 wins in his last 22 PGA Tourneys

In addition to those 7 wins in 22 tourneys, he also has:

11 Top 4 finishes

&

12 Top 8 finishes

And he has regained his status as the #1 ranked in golfer in the world

So far this year he has 4 wins in 7 tourneys, the fastest he has ever reached 4 wins in his career

Not bad for an average PGA golfer

Are there still people on this board saying he will never win another major?

I think he wins 2 this year, especially if Steve Stricker's putting tips keep coming his way.

If he continues to play well I don't see any reason to think he won't win one this year

However, he needs to put 4 rounds together at a major, last year he had 2 good rounds twice and couldn't break through.

Based on the way he's playing right now, I think the odds are very good that Tiger will win a major this year. I want to see how he plays AN. I haven't looked to see where the other 3 majors are being played this year. Augusta is the key in my mind.

Tiger's still ahead of Jack's pace. Jack didn't win his 15th major until he was 38 years, 6 months old. Tiger will reach that age in the 2014 US Open. That's six majors away. He still has plenty of time to break the record.

Jack dominated quality competition throughout his career.
Tiger dominated average competition for his first decade, he scared every other pro and they wilted.
In the last 4-5 years some young players have challenged and overtaken him to a degree.
He is playing well, and still can win majors if he can play consistently in them again.

Really? Who are the Arnold Palmers, Lee Trevinos, Gary Players, Tom Watsons, and so on in the modern tour?

Quantity =/= quality
