I have been eating one every other day or so. Lately, I have just been putting butter and a little salt. I was looking for some other ideas.

Do what you do, then add a shake of cinnamon and drizzle of Steens Cane Syrup.

If it's a good sweet potato...nothing. I'm disappointed when I have to "season" it. I love just the taste of them if they are sweet enough.

Sriracha. Sometimes cumin with that or cayenne as well. Gives it a nice balance to the sweetness. Depends on what's going along side it.

I put a little cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and salt
Sweet potatoes have grown on me in the past couple years. Used to not be a big fan, but now prefer them over regular potatoes

I usually put real butter (not that margarine crap), brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon. Pecans would be good too.

A good tator don't need much of anything. I do use butter sometimes as well as a little Steen's. Never use that dried ground up goat manure that's labeled as Cinnamon.

Cut them in half, lengthwise. Liberally coat Cut Side with Pure Coconut Oil. Sprinkle with Cajun/Creole Seasoning. Place face down on a Baking sheet. Spray Tops with Canola Spray. Bake @ 350 Degrees, approx 45 Minutes.

I like to partially bake them, then slice into rounds, coat with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and grill until they have nice grill marks on them. Salty, sweet goodness.

Sea salt and olive oil.... I like the sweet/salty combo.
