I am taking the leftover field peas and rice from last night and making a soup. Added a diced ham hock, some leftover smoked chicken from lunch and some diced tomatoes and onion along with some stock from a smoked chicken that I had frozen earlier. Leftover cornbread will be reheated. Good cold weather food!

Taking my son to dinner. Looks like Vietnamese. He will have pho, not sure what I am having. Possibly the same.

Sounds like a good use of leftovers!

My husband is going to grill some pork steaks. Not sure what we'll have as sides. Maybe just salad for me.

It won't be as good looking as your veggie soup!

Apparently I'm the only guy whose never had pulled pork tacos.

Tonight it is breakfast supper. Homestyle bisquits, breakfast sausage patties, bacon. No eggs and I refuse to leave.
