So what's on your upcoming brew list?

I've been brewing kits, so now it's time to formulate my own recipe's. I also want to brew beer's that some of the lesser craft enthusiasts can enjoy and one's i enjoy simultaneously. I'm having trouble deciding what to brew my next batch. Most likely a simple APA with a little more malt backbone, probably more similar to an english bitter, with the malt characteristics, but using american hops.

After that, by request, i will be brewing a blackberry wheat ale. I brewed one last year and everyone loved it. Last year, however, i was doing extract and used a kit from Austin homebrew. This one will be all-grain and my own recipe.

What's on your upcoming brew list?

ETA: And i completely forgot about the homebrew club meeting yesterday when i got home from work, dammit...

I have most of the ingredients on hand for a 10-gallon batch of saison... also an imperial stout kit from Brewstock.

I think if I get to brew this weekend I'm going to go for the stout kit and then barrel age it for a while.

I think Sunday will comprise of either the big Imperial Stout for our big Jack Daniel's barrel project, or rebrew my American Amber recipe. Have a good amount of beer at the house, so this is just to do some brewing, not as a necessity.

Same, about to have all 4 taps running plus the Iron Brewer batch in secondary.

That's why I'm thinking the stout, so I can barrel age it for a while. I'm in no need of more beer besides that.

I am completely stocked with beer right now, which sucks because i want to brew again. I do have a case of old extract brews from early last year i could dump or give away, but it just feels wrong to do so.

I can really tell a huge difference in my all-grain vs. extract brews.

I'll still be with Bicycle Brew Club. I don't ever make it up for meetings anymore, but I come up for special events.

I think my next will be the AHS Greenbelt Porter kit. Well, the little lady will be brewing it. I got her the kit for Xmas. She brewed another kit some time ago and wants to give it another go.

Yeah... unfortunately the one I have in secondary now for our Iron Brewer batch stalled out. I might get a heat lamp and see what I can do.

In looking at some competition timelines, I will probably brew the American Amber this weekend to get that out of the way. Now just to decide if I want 5 or 10 gallons?
