It is just days away and it is going to be good.
These guys should be gone.
Mike Munchak, Tennessee Titans - Munchak Stays, but Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Mike Reinfeldt has been fired. New GM has to keep Munchak.
Rex Ryan, New York Jets - Rex Stays for now, GM is fired
Norv Turner, San Diego - Fired 12/31/2012 GM AJ Smith gone as well
Andy Reid, Philadelphia Eagles - Fired 12/31/2012
Pat Shurmur, Cleveland Browns - Fired 12/31/2012
Chan Gailey, Buffalo Bills - Fired 12/31/2012
Romeo Crennel, Kansas City Chiefs - Fired 12/31/2012, GM safe for now
These Could be gone as well.
Ken Whisenhunt, Arizona Cardinals - Fired 12/31/2012, GM Fired as well
Mike Mularkey, Jacksonville Jaguars - Mularkey Retained for now, GM Fired
Ron Rivera, Carolina Panthers - Conflicting reports all over the place. It could be a long day for Rivera.
Fired but not originally listed
Lovie Smith - Fired 12/31/2012
I think several of these guys will get a shot at the above jobs
Andy Reid - He just needs a change of scenery.
Chip Kelley
Josh McDaniels
Pete Carmicheal
Kyle Shanahan
Gus Bradley - Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator
Nick Saban and Les Miles names might get thrown around a good bit.

Should not lose his job. That team is showing progress in the toughest division on the AFC... They have a ways to go, but they are showing improvement.
Of course, with new ownership, they might want a change anyway...

Jack Del Rio may get another shot if Denver wins it all.

Obviously he takes over at Alabama, when Saban leaves. Both his kids go to Alabama.

Rex is likely getting another year, the GM and most of the offensive staff are getting shitcanned though.
Well, actually the GM is getting "re-assigned", just like the old GM still has a job in the franchise. The Jets are seriously the only team who seems to do this

I have this feeling that Del Rio will end up with the Titans. It's close to home for him and like someone mentioned his kids go to Bama. His son was a stud QB and he chose to walk on at Bama.

Denver may lose both their coordinators, Mike McCoy might get a job as well

not sure if he helped himself this year. Offense looked pretty mediocre at times and didn't always adjust well.

The question is do some coaches even make it to Monday? Do Turner and Reid even get to address their teams at the end of season team meeting?

Along with Crennel, Scott Pioli needs to be gone in KC. I know he's GM, not HC, but hopefully he is fired Monday (or sooner) too.
If not, I don't know what I will do. I love my Chiefs but I can't deal with these shits that run the organization any longer.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hears "it's not looking good" for Lovie Smith's chances of staying on as Bears head coach after missing playoffs.
Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Bears have "sent out consent forms requesting permission to interview head-coaching candidates." It's not looking good, indeed. Smith has enjoyed as much support from his players as any head coach in the league, but he's now missed out on the playoffs in five of the past six seasons. While he's widely respected as a defensive guru, Smith's offenses have too often been a disaster. In particular, the passing game has held the rest of the team hostage for the majority of his tenure in Chicago. Smith sports an 81-63 record over nine seasons with the Bears.
Nothing official but not looking good.
Update: Ok he's officially fired now.

I don't understand the logic in keeping Pioli at all. 3 HC's in 5 years says he is the problem and not the solution.
Maybe it's because Crennel seems like such a good guy that I would have rather he stayed and hired a competent GM rather than keep Pioli. I feel the same way about Rivera
Also, NFL Total Access says Chan Gailey out with the Bills
