re: So about our pass protection - MagillaGuerilla
Cotton has been wildly inconsistent since earning the job last year. I almost wonder if they are afraid to make a change for consistency reasons on the OL. Guess we'll see out of the bye. See if he can learn Center with that gaping hole there in 2018. BB and JC graduating, and Brandon Kennedy hav...

re: Class of 2018 Recruiting MEGATHREAD: Tennessee Hate Week Edition - MagillaGuerilla
I don’t think he would be constantly tweeting Alabama stuff if he didn’t feel like he has a chance of coming here.
I don't get that thought process, hundreds of prospects do that and won't sniff an offer....

He's got great feet for his size, gonna be a good risk to take for someone. Don't see that being Bama, especially with Tremblay likely......

re: Do you recall a 4 or 5* senior committing, then getting injured? - MagillaGuerilla
4* DT Elisha Shaw silently committed to Bama in the summer of his recruiting cycle, then has a career ending injury in August in practice. Bama honored his scholarship and I assume he is still a student there......

re: Who is the best player in the SEC? - MagillaGuerilla
If you look at Jamal Adams' stats from last year, they look pedestrian. You know stats don't tell the whole story, as he went 6th overall. Minkah had 2 great years of play and that has garnered the respect of offenses not throwing his way. He is still very active making plays and has been forced ...

Well Thompson is 7A, highest classification in the state. It's a little different in Hawaii as I understand it. They have 3 classifications/divisions: Open Division I Division II The "Open" classification was created in the last year, they put a lot of powerhouses like St. Louis(Tua...

Don't think that's accurate, Wallace was credited with 9 before the A&M game by AL.com, AJC, and ESPN. He has 12 on the season now......

re: So Levi Wallace is playing amazing football. - MagillaGuerilla
He added 3 more passes defended last night, has to still be atop the SEC in that category. He's playing out of his mind, and with a ton of confidence......

re: Predict rushing yds for the following: Hurts, Bo, Najee and D. Harris. - MagillaGuerilla
Not that his 1st TD wasn't fantastic, but I was more impressed at his 2nd. He turned a sure loss of yards in the redzone into a TD. He's got deceptive power. I keep saying it, but he's a New England Patriot back. He can play every down and is an ace on special teams....

Foster is gonna have to win back the staff before the bye, because that's when teams decide to make relevant changes. He might get mothballed completely......

re: Class of 2018 Recruiting MEGATHREAD: Tennessee Hate Week Edition - MagillaGuerilla
The thought process currently is hopeful that Bama will bring in both Taulia and Paul Tyson, especially if they don't land a '18 target. Pretty sure it will be easy to land one of them, but having a 2 QB class always has it's intricacies......
