CIT, WTH!! That thread had died. I've been on the road yesterday and today, took a wee wee stop and find this.
Leave me out if this politically induced fight. I do not nor have I ever claimed to be one of the best cooks on this board and there are plenty more than 10 great cooks around these parts. I know you had good intentions, but I don't need defending in this thread. I already put a spell out there.

I agree with everything Tigerphan says, Bourdain is so much more of an intellectual. I loved the show where he almost passed out after drinking so much absenthe, and the episode where he puked up that pulque (fermented mare's milk) really got my creative juices going.........
