Speaking of NOLA BBQ, did anybody see that Hogs 4 Cause was named one of the top 10 BBQ competitions in the country by Delish dot com.

I really like McClure's and NOLAsmokehouse, but I've never tried the Joint. Guess I'll throw on some skinny jeans and take a ride out to the bywater.

Boo Koo (best sauce IMHO)

I hated Squeal. The meat was dry and I hated the sauce. I've only been once though, so maybe the meat being dry was just an off day.
