I love turkey necks in them. But I'm not sure if it's that different.

I put cauliflower in once, it comes out red and it is hot.

I've thrown a chicen in after the boil and let it cook, came out good. I think a friend put some oysters in once those were good as well

Went to one few weeks ago and they put eggs in it. I didn't try one, but wife said they were pretty good

I just find it disgusting. I love sausage, just not a boiled soggy mess.

Brussel sprouts are really good, artichokes are good if you cook them long enough (most people do not).

I don't get this, why not dump the can in pot with a tablespoon of crawfish boil and accomplish the same thing?

I'm a purist, so the only things I like in my boil are corn and potatoes, and those are boiled separately from the crawfish. Onions can be acceptable as well.

If I wanted sausage/artichokes/carrots/garlic/cheesy hotdogs/broccoli/cans of corn/ in my crawfish boil, I'd have a sausage/artichokes/carrots/garlic/cheesy hotdogs/broccoli/cans of corn boil.

But that's just me, and get off my lawn.

Seems like a trend that has sort of jumped the shark - at least to me.
