well they are federal agents, so yes they do have more power than most other law enforcement...they could even stop you for speeding if they wanted to

I agree I feel like you should be able to hunt as you please on your own private property... within basic rules like season dates and limits

A guy at work said his dad was in the Air Force stationed up in colorado or somewhere around there and during the test runs one of the bombers locked on to a deer, the commanding officer told him to light it up and he did. Just so happen to have a WF agent watching the deer when he lit him up. By the time the plane landed at the base, the agent was there and told him that the pilot and officer better be out of that state by the next day or he was going to seize the plane and throw both of them in jail. Later that night they were reolcated to Mississippi.
