that means he(Hillar Moore and the East Baton Rouge District Attorney's office) don't have anything to fight with...NO AMMO...to prove even the simple battery charge!!!!!don't be surprised if the DA's office ultimately dismisses the charges against JJ!!!!

Think about this...if the DA's office trys a frivious charge against an innocent person the DA's office faces the lawsuit for malicious prosecution...especially after Hillar Moore appeared on television saying that the evidence was inconclusive...

Hillar Moore has single handedly saved the football season.
On WJBO this am, he stated that he could have dismissed the charges a long time ago on his on but he felt that leaving it up to a grand jury was the right thing to do.
Moore's inaction in steeping in early led to ALL of this hoopla and prevented JJ from playing, which equals WINS for us.

JJ got more benefit of the doubt than most. If that were me or you they picked up for kicking some guy in the dome you think they would have ran DNA tests on all of our shoes? Or gave us a week before arresting us. We would have been eating turkey sandwiches and juice cup THAT frickING NIGHT
