If it were you or him you wouldn't have been caught, you would have kick some arse and ended up at another bar or at home in bed, like every other participant in any nightly bar fight

Since ShadyGate there have probably been dozens of barfights in the BR area....i wonder how many apartments searched, clothing confiscated, and DNA tests have been done.

I challenge anyone to post an example where this has EVER happened before.

DA Moore also said this morning that "several people" are seen kicking the "victim" in the head, not just JJ. That is the first time I had heard that anywhere. I also thought his explanation of why he allowed a Grand Jury to hear the case rather than let the DA office make the decision was valid. Rather than have one DA staff member decide and open the debate about favoritism or cronyism, etc. He let a grand jury of people from all ages, races, backgrounds look at the evidence and make the decision.

They knew they got JJ, they were trying to get him to spill the beans on who else was kicking/fighting.

If they have that kind of evidence then, why isnt it a felony? if they know for a fact that he kicked the guy in the head.

Maybe they didnt want a 1st time offender to be labeled as a felon?
