But, yeah, let's accuse Hillar and the BRPD of railroading JJ
You're putting Moore and the BRPD in the same bucket?
Really?
Why the hate for Hillar?
The BRPD fricked this up from Day#1.
Time may tell as to why. Contacts, political pressure, who knows. But based on its own PUBLIC statements, the BRPD jumped to conclusions, mischaracterized veracity of witnesses and their "independence", needlessly rushed to judgement, and then overcharged.
Hillar is playing the POS hand he was dealt.
If you think there is an equivalency between Hillar and the bumbling incompetent crew that represented the PD in this thing, I'm amazed.

Actually what he said was inconclusive was the DNA evidence taken from the shoes, not the entire case.
well, i give you that but if there is no DNA on the shoes then what do you use to convict...there is a witness who says he did it and there are witnesses who say he didn't do it...again there is REASON to DOUBT that JJ battered this guy...

Thank you. That has seemed to be the case from day one.
I'll overlook the "e" in judgment.

So now the people who sat on the Grand Jury are in on this conspiracy? I mean how deep does the rabbit hole go?
Jefferson is frickED

Moore's inaction in steeping in early led to ALL of this hoopla and prevented JJ from playing, which equals WINS for us.
So does that put Moore in the "hate/dislike/never want JJ to play another snap group"?? Sorry .. I had to ask.
And no, I'm not in that group BUT I don't think he needs to be the starter. Hoping that he has SOMETHING to contribute SOMEWHERE. See, I'm all about pulling for the Purple & Gold!

He also said, and I quote "Jordan Jefferson kicked the victim in the head". He didn't stutter, he didn't qualify it.
Great.
That and $3 will buy you a hamburger.
Put another way, if a prosecutor's characterizations of a defendant reliably constituted either truth or guilt, no defendant would ever go free.

Man have you got this all screwed up
The only evidence that was inconclusive was the DNA. There were at least 8 eyewitnesses that gave sworn testimony that JJ kicked Lowery. There were only 3 LSU players called, and they admitted they werent with JJ the entire night.
The GJ felt he was guilty, but probably didnt want to hammer him with a felony.
But there was plenty of evidence.

Still think we are a better team with Lee as QB running the offense we are running.
That being said, in my time at LSU I saw a lot of barfights. NEVER has the BRPD put this much effort into a barfight investigation.
Still feel like someone was trying to get their name in the paper.

Are you really an attorney? I'm wondering because you have poor typing skills, spelling skills, and grammar skills. You must be the reason they now make law students sit through clinics on how to conjugate a verb and place proper punctuation. Every one of your posts looks like a 4th grader wrote it.

Since ShadyGate there have probably been dozens of barfights in the BR area....i wonder how many apartments searched, clothing confiscated, and DNA tests have been done.

I think it's awesome that some lsu fans are celebrating that the former starting qb was indicted for ONLY a misdemeanor of kicking someone in the head

f it were you or him you wouldn't have been caught, you would have kick some arse and ended up at another bar or at home in bed, like every other participant in any nightly bar fight
maybe or maybe not. That wasn't the point of the post. The point was if the police had any type of identification to go on we wouldn't have gotten the same treatment the football playing gentlemen did.

I don't think any of Moore's or BRPD's actions were intentional or make them part of this group. Their actions just had a positive effect on the team, that's all.

Almost as awesome as those who've prejudged him as guilty.
