If he really believes that, JJ would never have been indicted for anything. HE is the one who presents the evidence and ultimately seeks an indictment. Obviously he submitted evidence that to a group of intelligent people seemed conclusive enough.

Well then don't make idiotic presumptions based on a DAs posturing statement.

WTF did you expect Hillar to say? . . . we're considering misdemeanor charges against a possibly innocent man so the BRPD can save face?
Seriously.
Perhaps you expected the DA to exonerate JJ on the spot?

You do realize that it's the DA's job, right? He's not a neutral observer.

And your point is? Don't you think they had enough evidence to at least bring her to trial? Isn't that the way the system is supposed to work?

First time I heard anyone that close to the case say that Jefferson kicked someone in the head.

Ah, so you've seen/read the statements.
I have not had an opportunity to do that.
Could you go ahead and post the "8 sworn witness statements" you're referring to so we can all judge as to their veracity?

Think about this...if the DA's office trys a frivious charge against an innocent person the DA's office faces the lawsuit for malicious prosecution...especially after Hillar Moore appeared on television saying that the evidence was inconclusive...

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor. Now think about it; that does not make sense! Why would a Wookiee, an 8-foot-tall Wookiee, want to live on Endor, with a bunch of 2-foot-tall Ewoks? I'm a lawyer defending a major record company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit! The defense rests.

May the Force be with you Bro. I mean, Brah.
