It pisses me off that you can bring cheese back that is vacuum packed but not vacuum packed cured meat.

My MIL bitching about the restaurant that I treated her to the other day not having fried catfish. Her words "Every restaurant in Louisiana should have friend catfish."
I took her to an Italian restaurant, BTW.

Someone last week postedabout his homemade pancetta. I just wish I had a wine cooler type fridge, as i would like to try my hand at making my own prosciutto or serrano ham.
