Just had a junior pizza, the really small personal ones. Didn't go over my calorie limit on the day or anything, just wanted some pizza.

Lester, go frick yourself. I try to keep civil when you run amok in this thread, but you really contribute nothing of value to this thread whatsoever and I'm sick of it. I have been on the straight and narrow and I went from 274 to 268 in a week, and I decided to have a little pizza and your only comment is a piece of shite sarcastic response. Where were you when I posted success?

Yes, but wouldn't you agree there's a much more productive way to reach your caloric intake #?

As long as he's meeting his macro requirements and staying in a calorie deficit I don't see it making much difference.

So there's no difference in eating 800 calories comprised of grilled chicken and vegetables and eating 800 calories comprised of bread, cheese and greasy meat?

Oh yes I agree 100%. But I have done really well the last couple of weeks and really wanted pizza. Sometimes you just have to eat what you're craving... I'd been wanting pizza for days and the envie wasn't going away.

oh and @ the gif

186/173.8/Abdominals

After a weekend in Nola I'm pleasantly surprised at my results. Left for Nola at 170 and returned at 173.8. Didn't eat crazy bad but didn't exactly count calories either. Everything was controlled and not once did I over eat or gorge myself. Which typically used to happen.
Ready to hit back hard tomorrow

Planned cheat Saturday and Sunday but probably went a bit overboard. Up close to six pounds yesterday. I have been taking a few fatburner samples that contain yohimbine derivatives that really help with curbing appetite. They are also known to target stubborn areas of fat like love handles once you are fairly lean. Started a product called alphamine yesterday along with an hour brisk walk first thing in the morning. I haven't done any form of cardio in a few months. Apparently the yohimbine works best with low intensity fasted cardio. We will see.
