A lifestyle change. I do low Carb but include veggies and fruits so hopefully I can stay with it long term so that makes it more like weight watchers I guess.

This is what I do as well though I'm about to switch over to a strict keto plan and try to scorch this last bit of fat. You ever tried juicing?? I've been doing it for about a month now and love it!

Strict keto I burn out on because I am not a big meat eater. Bought a juicer- had a horrible allergic reaction to kale. Turned me off juicing for a while. Maybe I will try again soon when I get bored of raw/cooked veggies.

My toe alone was up 1 after SaltFest 2013. Unfortunately Saltfest continued yesterday when I polished off the Crawfish I brought home.

Picking up ribs after work so tomorrow, the scale will be monumentally pissed. Back to work on Tuesday.

I think its appropriate to reflect on "the slot" since it is Memorial Day and its been so long since I've been in it. Lunch at the salt lick did not help but was delicious.

I've posted them before too, although i never got into shape yet.

It's been a bad weekend for the diet, but I've been extremely active. Saturday I went swimming for a little while, maybe an hour, then we went to the Jambalaya festival and I walked around for hours and even managed to puke off of a ride .. yesterday I went swimming for about 1 1/2 hours, then we went to a BBQ and I played basketball and catch with kids, and today I went swimming again....... Amongst other things...... I'm freaking pooped. I have to stay up all night tonight and I'm not sure how I'm going to do it.
