The spot pattern on those don't match the Toledo black variety. I think I know where those came from.

I am here. I am deciding as I lay in bed if I want to go tomorrow or not. I will probably go but not sure what species I will target.

I haven't had a chance to yet this year. My dad has been going but catching much. I am hoping this warm weather gets them eating.

ETA: the weather does not look very good.

Talked to my dad last night. They caught 5 keeper bass and 8 throwbacks yesterday, including a couple of 5 pounders. Said they only bass fished for 3 hours, then went white perch fishing and caught 38.

They caught 25 white perch the day before. As far as I know, they've just been fishing with black and chartreuse jigs.

And for the 5th straight year, I'll miss the white perch spring bite on TB.

I can see this ball tournament being a washout. I may find a place out of the wind to fish from the Yak.

This may be the swan song for this perch pattern. Gonna give it another go Saturday

Our Saturday game was bumped to 1, which kills the afternoon, but opens up early morning. Have y'all tried early at all?
