Just checking in to say that GMs are huge pieces of shite and I would rather drive a Chrysler 300.

I have an 05 Z71 a with 180k. The thing has moved with me over the country to 7 different states. I keep waiting for it to crap out, but it won't.

The second iteration of the system is on the new LT motors starting with the new generation in '15 I believe. It might be '14 but I'm not positive. But in basic terms new body style = new DOD system. And from what I've heard they are much smoother and shows no signs of switching to 4 cylinders when it activates.

I had a program done by Engine Power Systems off Florida blvd. The owner used to operate Thunder Racing and is very knowledgeable on GM motors, especially the LS.
