Question about my lab puppies and the cold weather coming

They're six weeks old today. I have them in a 8x8 completely with all sides and tops covered. Litter box with newspaper and a blanket. Couple flood lights and heater. Will they stay warm enough mid 20's?

If they are sold tell the buyers to come pick them up tomorrow or they will die in the freeze. They are good to go at 6 weeks.

Would you be warm enough if you slept in the 8x8? If so than the pups should be fine as well.

Yes, my momma didn't raise a pussy.

They probably would be, but I know of 2 incidents where dogs were killed from fires started in the same situation.
Hopefully you're not as dumb as these people, but nonetheless, another risk to consider.

In the past I've used a clamp on light fixture with an infrared bulb in it. The dogs loved it - sometimes they wouldn't even get out from under it to eat.

That's what I have for my lights. The heater is on a chair. It's shuts off if it gets knocked over. That hasn't happened yet.

I can't believe you've had them outside for the past week...

Do you have an enclosed garage? If so, set something up inside the garage instead of inside the house.

They are dogs. All will be well.

tie them all together and put in a trashbag, their body heat will be more than enough alone to stay alive.
