My lake neighbor's boat. I've never seen it put in the water the ~1.5 years we've been on the lake. Yes that's a pine tree growing out of the middle of it. Hell at least put a cover on it. Geeze.

My brother did the same thing. Dad sold him an 07 21' bay champ for $8k. 6 yrs later that boat never moved until end of last yr. my dad decided to take it out to finally run it and heard a loud pop. Suprise!!!! Your transom is rotted to shite.

Some people just don't put the time into maintaining things. I've seen people eat, drink and even smoke in $100k+ cars. Talk about killing resale value.

Lake house and boat but the boat never gets used? Looks like some sort of a cover for other devious activities

Man, I bet most of you'd have a coronary if you saw how one of my family members treats his stuff. Or at least used to. Offshore center console used to sit under an oak tree all winter. Had a cover on it, but t-top was still exposed and shite still got black. Every spring was a shite ton of elbow grease to get it "not embarrassing". Also has a sportfisher that just sits and gets disgusting. Then they pay to put it on drydock and cleaned up. Then it sits again. I guess if you have the money....you can always pay to have it cleaned up again.

One thing is for sure, he always made sure everything was in working order for the most part. Just didn't give a shite about keeping it clean

You probably can't make out the registration sticker at the low resolution but it was last registered in 2012. So 4 going on 5 years since it's last been in the water (legally).
