My dog met this at the dog park. He was pretty confused.

I knew a girl once who kept talking about how she wanted a pet monkey. I explained to her about how monkeys love to throw their own shite around and masturbate all day.

She changed her mind.

frick monkeys.

I know a guy that was squirrel hunting and shot some kind of monkey.
There was a group of them, and they were in a very remote area.

ETA: Feral Rhesus monkeys in Florida? I googled and thats the only known "wild" population in North America that came up.

I had a flying squirrel until I tried to earn his trust by letting him out of his cage to run around the house. I figured a flying squirrel in a cage was about as useless as a gerbil. Once I set him free he took up residence under my fridge and became a flying pest. So one night I lured him into my walk-in closet where I was able to recapture him and put him outside.

In my life I've had just about everything mentioned so far plus a lot more.

Right now I have an Egyptian tortoise. My daughter has a corn snake, a fire belly toad, two guinea pigs, and a gerbil.

Teague I think your hawk is fricking badass. I haven't seen any other badass carnivore birds on this board.

Maybe someone has a bald eagle or some shite.

Oh wait, we can't post "bald eagles" here or we'd get the ban.

Always thought it would be cool to have an otter in my parents pond. The pond is pretty big, so it would seem to be a good habitat.

Otters are awesome.

I saw one with a grey face in the swamp this year.

Thanks! I really don't consider him a pet though. But, I guess he's as much of a pet as my tortoise.

I just heard they smell like shite. One of my buddies has two of them and says they're very friendly and will sleep in the bed and stuff. I just don't know if I could take the stench.

They're in the mink/ferret family I believe, maybe its a gland thing you could have removed?

Good thinking with the collar

I had a turtle I caught for a while. Painted it with chrome paint and set it loose. Would see it a couple times a year for a long time. I would repaint every sighting.

I have a Bengal Cat.....she is a couple generations from an asian leopard. Her colors are absolutely amazing, but has the temperment of a normal house cat. We have two newborns and even though the babies like to grab instead of pet, she does well with them.
