Nice! Must be the Yugo mags, they are the only surplus mags with the bolt hold open followers. They are good to go.

Yea I think that's them. I like that it stays open on the last round. It's what I'm used too. They were 25ea does that seem about right in the current market?

That's pretty pricey, can get them for $15 or less fairly easily.

That's probably a bit high, but I haven't priced Yugo mags for quite a while. Think I bought some for under $15 but that was probably 3 or 4 years ago. They will hold the bolt open when the mag is empty but the bolt will close whenever you remove the mag.

I read some good reviews on these Croatian mags, so I picked up 4. I thought $13.50 was a good deal for some new magazines compared to the surplus used magazines on their site.

Year I hadn't looked around and they were there for the taking with no extra shipping so I said fukit. I know it closes once you pull them out I just like knowing the mag is empty and not a unfired live round in there just by looking. Won't pick them up from the ffl until next week...can't wait to shoot it.

Let me know how those Croatian mags do. Haven't used any before but have thought about ordering some in the past.

Yea it's still a nice feature. You can also tell that you're empty just from the different recoil impulse when the bolt stays open on the last shot.

Yea I think preppers had them for 600 2 weeks ago according to a review someone did on there site. The guy said when he got fussed for 650 that it was a price from a few days ago. As time goes on the prices are going up. On GB I saw some for 750 buy it now prices. Bids were around 6-650.

From the reading I have done a lot say to stay away from IO I believe.

Would you say the red army standard RAS47 be a better choice than the m214?
