It's probably beneath her in her opinion.

Shame on all those people donating her money. She's never going to learn. Gonna be a pre-teen all her life stuck on the wahhhhmbulance.

And for her living in SF.

Let’s talk about those benefits, though. They’re great. I’ve got vision, dental, the normal health insurance stuff?—?and as far as I can tell, I don’t have to pay for any of it! Except the copays. $20 to see a doctor or get an eye exam or see a therapist or get medication. Twenty bucks each is pretty neat, if spending twenty dollars didn’t determine whether or not you could afford to get to work the next week.

damn he's got dental AND vision and he's bitching about copays?

oh he's in San Fran? explains it all. i supposed he's living in the city, too.

i think a "living wage" in San Fran would probably be $30/hour (or possibly higher)

Ah. Well, admittedly, I have not kept up with the budding career of Talia Jane.

i mean i have some issues with motivation and changing careers and what not, but this

And I’ll disconnect my home internet, too, even though it’s the only way I can do work for my freelance gig that I haven’t been able to do since I moved here because I’m constantly too stressed to focus on anything but going to sleep as soon as I’m not at work.

curling up into a ball may work for a cathartic release here or there but it is simply never the answer

not trying to be too mean to the girl but how fricking stupid do you have to be to accept a min wage job in fricking San Fran? and then live by yourself? i think she probably pitched this "letter" as an article and even whacked out sites like Cracked thought she was too far removed from reality for the article to make any sense

frick YELP. Billion dollar bully.

Hey little service company, if you do not pay to advertise with us, we will remove half of your five star ads for "quality review" and then maybe a 1 star review will show up, and the reviewer won't even be a customer, as we know you don't sell new appliances, but the person who reviewed you (one of our emplyees) didn't know that. That one star will stay on top until you agree to pay $500 a month to advertise with us. We will also add back the 10 five star reviews we removed. So we are a great company......

So frick Yelp and frick people who think they are important because they review shite on Yelp.

Honestly, I hold no ill will toward the girl and hope she lands on her feet. But, I hope she learns from this and becomes kind of adult that tightens their boot straps and gets a 2nd job at CVS because groceries are important.

Abso-frickin-looootly.

And the bigger issue is, she is becoming a greater % of the voting population by the second. FML, all of us.

No so fast

Most female SJWs are way too excited to vote for Hillary to "be a part of history"
