You flying Qatar?
Yep, sure am. Is that bad?
No, it's a great airline. Nice food, nice looking crew, great service.
Not quite Emirates, but it's nicer than any US carrier f'sure.

How is O'Hare not on this list?
It's nice enough, but the waiting, delays, and general incompetence are up there with the world's worst
Outside of the Aurora ATC fire, that's bull.
Ever since 10C opened up and they can do full east west flows, it has been fine.
Its not ATL, but then again, ATL is the textbook perfect hub.
I can't refute the shitty people who work there however.

Anyone flown through Doha in Qatar? I never have and just booked a trip and that will be my hub. Wondering how good/bad it is since it's virtually brand new.
Coworker has been through DOH a few times now, said the airport is very nice (it should be) but commented that the air conditioning has been spotty, and this in the 0600-0900 bank before the heat of the day.

I've been to 6 of those, and ATL should make that list.

They need US Worst Regional Airports List cause Shreveport would be up there. The ticketing baggage claim is in a very nice, modern addition but the amenities blow.....last time I flew out of there we had a 630pm flight that got delayed twice (no big deal cause bar, right?) but the damn restaurant/bar closes @ 5:00!!!!!!! They have these shatty food stations in the concourses that were charging $12 for an awful sandwich & A bottle if beer set me back $8. So....if flying out if S'Port Regional bring a flask...that is all.

LAX,EWR,MIA and MSY are all a lot worse than LGA. LAX is the worst, it has no redeeming qualities other than celebs are on most flights.
LGA has been upgraded recently, just opened a centurion lounge, and may have the best view flying into it of any airport in the world. Seriously, always pick a left window seat, the view is unreal coming in.

In what world? Everything about it is crazy efficient.

MCI Kansas City is the worst one in the US that I've been to.

Good to know. QA was almost $3k cheaper when I booked the flight and I had heard a few good things about them, so I figured what the hell. I've flown Emirates before and figured it would be close if they were competing with them. Plus, the QA flight worked out better time wise.

Oh shite...Hope they fixed that. At least it's only in the 90's now and not around 120

Yeah, I lived in Atlanta, and agree with it. It's a great airport to have a layover in, but a bad one for a home base. Kind of the anti-DFW. That airport sucks if you have a tight connection, but it's very effective for a home airport.
guess that's why I like both, DFW is home, fly through ATL a large portion of the time I fly
DFW finally has DART to the airport. I would think the skytrain around the airport helps with connections.
Last Christmas coming home I took what literally seemed like a 15 minute trip on the ground, constantly moving, all the way around the south end down halfway to Arlington and around to the opposite side after landing on the north end of the east side crossways runway (I think), not sure why they didn't go around the north end

BTW, the Houston-Doha flight was, at the time I took it, the third longest flight in the world.

I see your shitport and raise you a Jafrica (Jackson) Ms. I had a 5:35 am flight and the mean arse security lady told me to be there 2 hours ahead of time for an international flight. I get there about 3:50 and the airport doesn't even open until 4am. Only 10 mins no big deal, well US Airways opens around 4:10AM and I am third in line and check my bags. Security doesn't open until 4:30AM well it is late. I board the tiny arse regional jet and guess what, the airport traffic controllers aren't to work yet. We finally take off at 6:18 which puts me late for my connection in CLT.

Just came back in through MIA today. those bathrooms stink some kinda bad. Latinos take the stickiest shits and it disgusts me the number of MFers in there that don't wash their trashy arse hands. Why do sobs piss all over the toilet seats? F that place.

LMAO! That's pretty damn terrible but typical of that place. I had a similar experience out of JAN last April when flying S'west to Orlando for Disney. When we arrived early that Sunday morning early it was a clusterf$ck. a big storm rolled through night before knocking out the terminal main power so everything was running on auxiliary.......that means airline had 1 working computer so peeps that hadn't checked in online had to get in this massive line....security line was crazy, no testaurants had power & since it was minimal lighting it looked 3rd world in there.....oh they also couln't operate the boarding ramp & it was pouring outside. Fun

SHV amenities are no worse than MLU or AEX To me. But I've never been to a regional airport with great amenities.
Obviously you were flying Delta that day because their 6:30 flight is late around 75% of the time there
