ATL is a great airport.

Agreed, but they need to hurry finish the fricking road construction. It feels like driving in a crowded third world country right now when you get to the airport.

Flew in and out of LAX the last few days, didn't really think it was that bad. Delta terminal I was in had a lot of construction but I've been in worse. It was the Alaskan Air terminal, using come in and out of the other Delta terminal.

Now I've always thought Philly was a dump and I've been going in and out of there for close to 20 years.

I've never had a problem in ATL but that's probably because that's my home airport so I am in and out so often.

In and out of BWI a lot, not a bad airport but could have more food options considering how busy it is.

I normally drive to New Orleans but flew in the a couple of months ago. I thought the terminal was nice, only surprise was we got in early evening and everything in the concourse was closed. Seemed strange to close that early, especially when compared to other airports.

Atlanta is actually a very efficient airport for its size.

Not for O&D traffic. I've flown out of Atlanta countless times, and I've never gotten through security in less than an hour. If you park your car 90 minutes before your flight, there's a good chance you won't make it.

I doubt it's efficient compared to other airports with similar O&D traffic.

ATL is a fantastic airport to fly through though.

Memphis

Dated and ugly, but I've never had a problem there. Security is quick, and there is (or was) a really nice BBQ restaurant in there. I was in that airport 6 or 7 years ago when there was a tornado in the area. They have underground bunkers near the restrooms for tornado shelters, which I always found interesting.

Detroit is a surprisingly nice airport. Their main terminal is nice as well.

I'm going to get blasted for this, but I did not care for Houston's Bush Intercontinental airport.

Nashville has got to be one of the best.

I love that airport. Security line always reasonable, easy parking, clean, and very few delays attributed to the airport.

They do need a couple more bars though.

yeah wtf is that shite about

I was so pissed when I first saw that. Usually I'm hungover flying out of there and nothing does a hangover good like some greasy popeyes and a gatorade.

Sure it's been said, but LaGuardia sucks. Small, cramped, old, awful.

I just flew through Turks and Caicos. Holy shite it was bad

Ticket counter took an hour and its open air with no AC. Everyone was covered in sweat. The ONLY ticket printer for ANY airline broke so they HAND WROTE tickets for the security line.

Security though, they gave no shits. That was a breeze

ETA:

The ceiling was half torn out and the bathroom (singular) had a line and was atrocious. No food option, but there was a reggae bar I didn't have time to visit.

It's small, cramped, and old, sure. But, in my experience, it's always been the easiest airport in NYC to get in and out of and at like half the cab-fare of JFK to get into the city. Therefore, I don't really see it as being all that awful.
