Eh, not really for me. I just need to vary up my diet. I'm working out 6 days a week (and have been consistently for over a year) and eating healthy, just a lot. Not to mention I live in New England, where spring/summer weather isn't even close to beginning.

Also need to cut out the alcohol. That's what's really killing me.

I'm 42 and lift weights a few times a week, I never do cardio. I only eat meat and don't really have a diet. The only supplement I take is protein. I have many friends that want to get ripped, but can't because their genetics suck. They are gym rats and follow strict diets. I stay ripped year round and don't really try.

About 300 less calories than I burn per day. It's different for everyone

Flesh. Beef, pork, lamb, chicken breast, eggs, fish, shellfish and wild game. I don't eat vegetables except mashed taters. I also don't eat fruit.

I had Popeye's for lunch so I'm rocking a 4 pack. I'm going into shred mode after Easter.

Don't worry, LLOTOT, I'll make the Photobucket public.

I don't know what to tell y'all, tbh. I don't have great genetics, but I don't have to go under 2,000 to get abs.

A dude gave me some tips, which I'm sure lots of guys here will call broscience (and it probably is), but it worked for me.

I'm currently rocking the 4-pack as well. It's just that last layer of fat to get to a 6-pack that seems to be impossible for me to get rid of.

I stay ripped but working on a 6 pack is too much work for me. I didn't get great ab genetics, but I'm lucky that I have to put very little work into staying ripped. Some people just can't do it, just like I can't grow over 5-11".

My genetics suck. I have a short torso which makes me look absolutely ridiculous even with abs. I have a slight curvature in my spine which causes this weird shite with my hips. I hate my body. I really do.

It works for me. All lab tests and checkups come back saying I'm OK.

I'm going to tell you what he told me. If it works for you, great. If not, oh well. I'm not backing this with any scientific data or anything. This guy is a personal trainer and I'm grateful he reached out to me and helped me out, because he really did.

Breakfast: eat your healthy fats, protein, complex and simple carbs

Lunch: Healthy fats, proteins, complex carbs

Limit carbs after 3 or 4 pm. (Awaiting "Broscience" responses).

Dinner: Lean protein and a can (or, in my case, 2 cans) of unsalted green beans.

Breakfast and Lunch are really big meals. I was eating two snacks in between and he told me to cut that out and just eat bigger breakfasts and lunches.

I shite you not, I was noticing difference in my abs within 4 days. It was unreal. Took me about two weeks to just start seeing ridiculous definition. I couldn't believe it.
